Beverage Director

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and manage the beverage program for all restaurant locations including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
2. Create seasonal drink menus aligned with brand identity and culinary direction.
3. Lead and mentor all bar staff including Head Bartenders and Bartenders across locations.
4. Establish and enforce bar SOPs, pouring standards, and responsible service guidelines.
5. Manage beverage costs, control pour wastage, and negotiate pricing with vendors and distributors.
6. Conduct regular bar audits across all outlets to ensure quality consistency and compliance.
7. Coordinate with the culinary team for beverage-food pairing recommendations.
8. Organize and lead beverage training programs and tastings for FOH staff.
9. Stay current with beverage industry trends and recommend new products and innovations.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the VP for Dine In.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or a related field
• With at least more than 5 years of experience
• Skilled in beverage program development, bar management, spirits/wine knowledge, cost control, staff training, and vendor negotiation
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
