Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.
Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.
The Packaged Gas Scheduler is responsible for scheduling all deliveries to our customers in a timely manner while maintaining good customer relations. He/She will also be responsible for managing the delivery schedule and responding to customer inquiries and requests for changes in the delivery schedule.The scheduler must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving skills. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Schedule all packaged gas deliveries according to customer needs and system requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding scheduled deliveries.
- Adjust the delivery schedule when necessary to accommodate emergency situations or unexpected changes in demand.
- Monitor demands and inventory level to make sure there is no shortage in the stock.
- Keep accurate records of all customer orders and changes to the delivery schedule.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, professional, and proactive in addressing customer concerns.
- Work closely with other departments within Air Liquide to ensure that deliveries are completed on time and aligned with the company's standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
