Field Sales Representative (Motorcycle Tires)

About the role

HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP. is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our motorcycle tires sales team. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, focusing on expanding our market presence and driving sales of our premium motorcycle tires.

1. Actively prospecting and identifying new potential customers in the motorcycle tires market
2. Visiting and building relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate tyre solutions
3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with clients, achieving individual and team sales targets
4. Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
5. Collecting and reporting on market intelligence to inform our product development and marketing strategies
6. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales campaigns

1. Proven experience in a field sales or account management role, ideally within the motorcycle tires industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a target-driven mindset
4. Familiarity with the motorcycle tires market and its key players is highly desirable
5. A valid driver's license and can drive motorcycle
6. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
