We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our food and beverage operations, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and the highest standards of guest experience across all locations.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall performance of restaurant and café operations, driving business growth, ensuring service excellence, maintaining operational standards, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in food and beverage operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure consistency in customer experience, product quality, and brand presentation across all locations.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to drive informed business decisions.
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and workforce planning to support business needs.
- Champion exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
- Address guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations professionally.
- Ensure the luxury service standards of the Ladurée brand are consistently upheld.
- Drive initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor purchasing practices and operational expenditures.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality or guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and labor regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Uphold company policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Support new store openings, renovations, menu launches, and business expansion initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior management on business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, hospitality, or restaurant management.
- At least 3 years of multi-unit or area management experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, inventory control, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium dining, café concepts, or international food and beverage brands.
- Strong understanding of guest experience management and service excellence.
- Experience leading multiple outlets and high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
