QC Engineer - CAVITE

About the role

As a QC Engineer at Feida Readymix', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our concrete production processes at our Cavite Plant. This full-time position will see you responsible for monitoring, testing and documenting the quality of our raw materials, production methods and final products to the highest industry standards.

• Conducting regular quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods and finished products to verify compliance with internal and external quality standards
• Monitoring production processes and making adjustments to maintain quality and consistency
• Analysing data and generating detailed reports on quality metrics and issues identified
• Working closely with the production team to troubleshoot quality problems and implement corrective actions
• Developing and maintaining quality control procedures, methods and documentation
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Liaising with customers and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience as a quality control engineer in the manufacturing or construction materials industry
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete and construction materials, quality control procedures and testing methods
• Proficient in data analysis, quality management software and technical report writing
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet quality targets and deadlines
