Job Summary:
A dynamic Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the solar PV industry, specializing in residential and MobiEnergy projects. Combines technical expertise with sales skills to design tailored solar solutions, drive revenue growth, and deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop sales opportunities for Residential, Commercial , Industrial and MobiEnergy solar solutions
Conduct site assessments and propose customized solar PV system designsPrepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses
Explain system performance, cost savings, and benefits to clients
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for project execution
Manage client relationships from lead generation to project completion
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
3–5 years of experience in solar PV sales or technical salesStrong understanding of solar systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic system sizing
Preferred Skills: Experience in residential solar market and mobile/portable energy systems
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, or HelioscopeKnowledge of local regulations, net metering, and incentive programs
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Qualifications/Requirements- Registered Electrical Engineer
- At least 2 years of experience in the solar PV industry
- At least 2 years experience as Pre-Sales Engineer
