Admin Virtual Assistant

Experience: 2+ Years | Location: Cebu (On-Site) | Full-Time

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, inboxes, documents, and project trackers
  • Handle data entry, file organization, and light client correspondence
  • Support onboarding of new clients or staff
  • Keep internal systems updated and reports flowing smoothly

What We Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in an admin or virtual assistant role
  • Great attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack
  • Excellent English and a proactive approach to problem-solving
