We're Hiring: Mortgage Broking Admin / Loan Processor (Virtual Assistant)

• PHP 45,000 - 50,000/month + Benefits
• Full-time | Day Shift (AU hours)

At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking admin or loan processing is needed.

This will be a customer facing role as the client would like support liaise with clients for document collection and basic updates.

About the Role:

As a Mortgage Broking VA, you'll work closely with a broker or broking team, assisting in the full loan process—from fact-finding to settlement. You'll ensure all client data is accurate and documentation is complete, keeping lenders and clients updated throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end loan processing support (residential and/or commercial)
• Reviewing applications and documents for completeness and accuracy
• Lodging loans via ApplyOnline or aggregator platforms (e.g., Mercury, Podium)
• Liaising with lenders, clients, and third parties (e.g., conveyancers)
• Monitoring loan status and managing pipeline updates
• Managing CRM and document compliance
• Supporting post-settlement admin tasks

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking admin or loan processing
• Experience using broker tools/platforms (e.g., ApplyOnline, Mercury, Podium, MyCRM)
• Strong understanding of the AU mortgage process and lending policies
• Strong communication skills. Confident with being customer facing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting multiple brokers or working in a brokerage team
• Background in customer service or finance-related VA roles
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in the Australian mortgage industry
