Job Description
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the salon’s online presence by showcasing its premium services, aesthetic excellence, and transformative client results.
Responsibilities- Create engaging social media content for beauty/salon business
- Post content consistently across social media channels
- Handle lighter administrative tasks including schedule maintenance
- Support content creation by following provided lists and guidelines
- Scheduling posts across various platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Managing the company’s Facebook page, Instagram account, and LinkedIn Profile.
- Community engagement - responding to follower messages, interactions, and likes.
- Provide recommendations on social media strategies and regular reporting on activity and social engagement growth.
- Reach out to relevant social media influencers and research new media opportunities in the industry.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to establish the brand’s online identity.
- Reach out to Vendor on Fiverr or similar platforms when necessary to deliver additional content.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and lead generation
- Background working with marketing agencies preferred
- Strong graphics and digital marketing skills
- Ability to engage prospects through social media outreach
