About the role
The Company is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Bulacan. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including employee services, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic organization.
What you'll be doing- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Participate in the design and rollout of employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including leave, payroll, and performance management.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing practical and pragmatic HR solutions.
- Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a high-pressure environment.
