As a HR Business partner, this role supports the HR Manager by serving as a trusted advisor and coach, driving leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. The position plays a critical role in guiding leaders through complex people matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and labor relations, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.The role is instrumental in leading change management initiatives, supporting continuous improvement, and influencing key stakeholders across CAE. With a strong focus on talent development, retention, and engagement, the role collaborates closely with leaders to implement impactful people strategies and compensation frameworks.
Success is measured through stakeholder satisfaction, project outcomes, employee engagement, and diversity metrics. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong advisory capabilities, along with deep expertise in labor law, compensation, and HR best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements- Minimum professional Qualification/Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience within HR, Change Management, Organizational and Competence development holding minimum of 5 years of HR leadership role.
- Experience with labour law, organizational effectiveness mechanism, performance management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate structure, HR operations skills, matrix/MNC organizational processes, complexity, local employment regulations, payroll and social security requirements as well as tax compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently both within a team environment and with limited supervision
- Good knowledge of English language, other regional languages would be an added advantage;
- Structured, proactive & innovative
- Mature, analytical, dynamic, independent and self-motivated with can do attitude
- Complexity & Problem-Solving Skills - Judgment is required to analyze problems and to determine objectives. Solutions are derived from limited information and often require consultation with colleagues, professional contacts, management, or interpreting Company policy
