The Recruitment Marketing Intern plays a key role in supporting the organization’s recruitment efforts by assisting in the development and execution of candidate-sourcing strategies. This position helps drive applicant engagement by effectively using social media platforms, job portals, and recruitment marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Assist in posting job advertisements and updating recruitment materials across all sourcing channels.
- Conduct basic screening of applicants to determine suitability for the BYB (Build Your Business) program.
- Reach out to qualified candidates through messages, calls, or email invitations.
- Maintain and organize candidate lists, trackers, and sourcing pipelines.
- Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating BYB sessions.
- Monitor online engagement and assist in responding to applicant inquiries.
- Provide weekly sourcing reports and recommend new strategies to improve lead generation.

The Creative Support Intern provides essential support to the Creative and Events Team by assisting in the documentation of company activities and programs. This role focuses on capturing photos and videos, organizing event materials, and producing basic visual or edited content for internal and external use.By ensuring that events are well-documented and supported with quality creative outputs, the intern contributes to enhancing event experience, promoting organizational initiatives, and maintaining a consistent standard of presentation across all event-related materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle event documentation such as photos, videos, attendance sheets, and other required materials.
- Capture event highlights using phone or camera equipment (if available).
- Edit photos and videos for event recap posts, social media content, or internal presentations.
- Sources and develops fresh concepts for marketing, recruitment, and branding activities.
- Stays updated on current trends, viral content, and best practices relevant to marketing, recruitment, and branding.
- Provide creative input for event visuals, layouts, and social media assets.
