PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Summary

The Property Manager oversees leasing, maintenance, financial performance, and tenant relations for company properties, ensuring smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction.

1. Financial & Property Strategy

• Prepare and manage annual budgets.
• Monitor income, expenses, rent, and utilities collection with Accounting.
• Identify cost-saving and property improvement opportunities.

1. Property Operations

• Oversee daily property operations and maintenance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and conduct inspections.
• Manage property improvement projects and contractor/vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and updated insurance coverage.

1. Leasing & Tenant Management
2. Develop marketing strategies and manage tenant acquisition.
3. Handle lease agreements, renewals, rent collection, and enforcement of terms.
4. Maintain strong tenant relations and resolve concerns promptly.
5. Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with house rules.
6. Compliance & Administration

• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submission of required permits.
• Maintain accurate property and contractor records.
• Provide performance reports to management.
• Lead and coordinate the property management team

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in property management, admin, leasing, or related customer service roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting principles.

Core Competencies:

• Communication & Negotiation: Ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle tenant disputes and maintenance emergencies effectively.
• Financial Acumen: Knowledgeable in budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starting P 20,000.00 /month
