1. Collaborate with department teams to ensure process adherence and drive continuous improvement.
2. Develop training modules and deliver programs focused on established process flows.
3. Prepare reports and recommend findings and improvement plans to the Operations Systems Manager for management review, and implement changes once approved.
4. Maintain a collection of policies accessible both online and offline for reference and training purposes. The collection should be password-protected and accessible only to the Savers Depot organization.

Main Function:

1. Analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
2. Develop and document standardized process flows to ensure consistency and reliability.
3. Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal workflow.
4. Create detailed process maps, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Establish clear, repeatable procedures to facilitate seamless operations.
6. Conduct refresher trainings to reinforce process adherence and updates.
7. Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
8. Champion a culture of continuous process improvement within the department.

Qualifications/Requirements

1 Position Business Process Specialist

Knowledge of SAP System is an advantage
