Job Description

The Accountant (CPA) will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with BIR and taxation laws, and effective cost control across our F&B operations. The role also involves close coordination with management and external parties to ensure transparency and financial discipline.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Ensure taxation laws, BIR compliance, and statutory requirements are met.
• Handle disbursements, collections, payroll coordination, and cost control measures.
• Conduct internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and overall treasury functions.
• Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, POS systems, and MS Excel/Word.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams on financial performance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (F&B or food service industry experience is an advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of PFRS, taxation laws, and BIR processes.
• Strong analytical skills in financial reporting, cost analysis, and cost control.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, POS, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for coordination with management and external parties.
