Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist (Open for fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist to join our team. This role is open to fresh graduates with internship or on-the-job training experience. The receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent front desk support and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all clients.

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations
• Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
• Provide basic information about treatments, services, and promotions
• Handle billing, payments, and issue official receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist doctors and staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates (any 4-year course preferred)
• With internship/OJT experience in customer service, clinic, or related field is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality and professional appearance
• Computer literate (MS Office, scheduling systems)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
