Sales Trainer
The Sales Trainer facilitates onboarding and training, conducts performance analysis, implements improvements, ensures quality control, and enhances training methods.
What You’ll Do:
- Executes training courses
- Tests sales forces performance and analysis of results to identify areas for improvement or re-training
- Initiates action steps to improve sales staff performance
- Coaches (train on the job) sales staff
- Supports quality control of sales staff performance
- Ensures ongoing improvement and developing of training process through basic training facilitation and non-traditional methods (E-learning, video training, etc.)
What You Need To Have:
Education and Work Experience- Knowledge in conducting training needs analysis and diagnosis
- At least 6 months experience of work experience in adult training/teaching or in similar position
- Impressive presentation and communication skills in both English and Tagalog (or native language): A sales trainer will act as a communication specialist. Timely and professional output of process/policy updates or documentation is part of the job.
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word (MS Publisher is a plus)
