Instruction & Training: Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons tailored to industry standards.Curriculum Management: Implement and adapt vocational syllabi to ensure students meet state or national certification requirements
.Assessment & Grading: Administer practical and written exams, grade assignments, and track students' academic and skill development.
Workshop Maintenance: Ensure laboratory or workshop equipment is safe, operational, and properly maintained for hands-on activities.
Student Mentorship: Guide students in their professional development, providing career advice and preparing them for job placements
Qualifications/Requirements
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in technical-vocational teacher education or a related field (Information Technology, Automotive Technology).
Industry Certification: Often requires active national or trade-specific certificates (such as National TVET Trainer Certificates).Work Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on work experience in the specific trade they are teaching.
Pedagogical Skills: Proficiency in teaching methods, classroom management, and instructional design.
