Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities (Plumber) Maintenance professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing- Performing routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing-related issues in a timely manner
- Conducting preventative maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they occur
- Coordinating with other maintenance staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to facility upkeep
- Documenting all maintenance activities and providing detailed reports
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a professional plumber in a facilities maintenance or commercial setting
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Commitment to safety and a track record of following safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and external contractors
