Work Location: On-site – (Tibungco) Davao Area/ or Dipolog Area

We are currently looking for experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring the smooth execution of construction phases from foundation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure construction progress is on schedule.
• Supervise and inspect work from foundation, structure, to finishing.
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, materials, manpower and safety compliance.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to construction progress and issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide practical construction solutions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
• At least 4–5 years of solid field experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing construction activities on-site.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project site locations (Tibungco) Davao Area/ or Dipolog Area
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
