Position: 1 Quality Assurance Supervisor

1. Supervise quality checks on construction works and materials.
2. Ensure all activities follow project plans, specifications and safety rules.
3. Inspect ongoing and completed work for defects or non-compliance.
4. Keep records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
5. Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to solve quality issues.
6. Ensure that the project meets safety, health, and environmental regulations in line with quality standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in quality assurance on construction projects.
3. Knowledgeable in all measuring instruments frequently used in inspections & testing
4. Familiar with QA/QC processes, quality documentation, and construction standards.
5. Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Ability to work independently and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians
