Infrastructure Coordinator

About the role

This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

• The Infrastructure Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all infrastructure projects of the Philippine Football Federation. This includes overseeing project implementation, managing bidding processes, monitoring contractors, and ensuring timely reporting and delivery of high-quality football and sports-related facilities aligned with PFF’s strategic objectives.

1. Project Management

• Plan, implement, and oversee various PFF infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and work plans.

1. Bidding and Procurement

• Coordinate and manage transparent bidding and procurement processes in accordance with PFF, AFF, AFC, and FIFA policies.
• Prepare and review bidding documents, evaluate proposals, and recommend awards for approval.

1. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the PFF Ad Hoc Infrastructure Committee and Senior Management.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, contracts, and financial updates.

1. Contractor Coordination

• Liaise and coordinate with appointed contractors, consultants, and service providers.
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, standards, and timelines.
• Resolve conflicts, delays, or project-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with relevant government agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

1. Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments as needed.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Engineering degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, construction, or infrastructure development.
• Proven track record in managing sports or football-related infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of bidding, procurement, and contract management processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically to project sites.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when project deadlines require.
• Passion for football and sports development in the Philippines is an advantage.
