The Project Coordinator must be a civil engineering graduate and will assist the Project Manager (PM) / Regional Project Manager (RPM) in coordinating the organization, implementation, and completion of project management requirements in accordance with company QMS procedures, policies, and work instructions.Client responsibilities include ongoing client interaction, timeline and critical task management, coordination across multiple groups and resources, and resolving order-related issues.
- Accountable for the Client's overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Remote support for all project implementation-related inquiries.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in customer meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for Clients' meetings, particularly on the summary of project progress, and preparing interim and project completion reports
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and responsible for timely project completion
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Coordinate with all departments related to the managed projects and concerned site employees.
- Must be a BS Civil Engineering
- Must have at least 2 years of related work experience in a telecom building construction company or any building construction industry as a project coordinator.
- Can work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time and project management with the ability to plan, delegate, and evaluate progress
- Strong problem-solving skills
