About the role
Join the dynamic team at Outsourcey Global, Inc. as a Procurement Officer. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a key part in the company's operations. Responsible for all purchasing and inventory management activities, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials to support the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Experience working in a corporate, shared services, outsourcing, or multinational environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier proposals based on price, quality, lead time, and commercial terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of procurement documentation.
- Monitor procurement requests and ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier consolidation efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews covering quality, pricing, responsiveness, and delivery timelines.
- Assist in vendor accreditation, onboarding, and contract compliance activities.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and procurement efficiencies.
- Monitor market pricing trends and supplier competitiveness.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to procurement transactions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and other business units regarding procurement requirements.
- Provide updates on order status, supplier issues, and procurement timelines.
- Support cross-functional projects requiring procurement involvement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
