Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be independent, solution-oriented, and highly skilled at using technology to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as MAKE (Integromat) and APIs.
• Create integrations to connect various systems and boost operational efficiency.
• Use Google Sheets and other data analysis tools to optimize processes and enhance performance.
• Leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to troubleshoot, enhance workflows, and solve technical issues.
• Provide support for systems like CRMs, task management tools, and information management platforms.
• Troubleshoot and streamline back-office processes for improved operational productivity.
• Independently manage technical issues and ensure timely task completion.

Mandatory Requirements & Skills:

• Strong technical expertise with the ability to independently develop and implement solutions.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like MAKE (Integromat) or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and Google Apps Script.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick to adapt to new technologies with a self-driven approach to learning.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Skills:
