ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Paid Advertising:- Develop, implement, and optimize strategies for paid search, display, retargeting, and social media ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet KPIs.
- Identify and onboard influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, ensuring successful collaborations.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, negotiation, content creation, and reporting.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with the PR and social media teams to ensure seamless integration with broader marketing efforts.
- Oversee the execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts across channels.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality posts, stories, and other media formats.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, or a related field
- With 2+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, with a focus on ads, influencer management, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- With an analytical mindset and the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for ROI.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can work with different functions and can adjust quickly to his/her environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willing to start immediately
