Business Development Manager

The key objective of the Business Development Manager is to assist the Business Development Senior Manager in acquiring and expanding business with existing customers while contributing to the growth and profitability of Fast Services Corporation.

This role involves effectively planning, leading, organizing, and controlling departmental activities, and developing business development and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Strategy - Drive business growth by acquiring and expanding services with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, drafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Team Leadership & Management - Provide leadership to the team by delegating responsibilities, coaching members, managing performance, and creating succession and career development plans to strengthen department capabilities. Oversee departmental operations by planning and allocating resources, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering a productive work environment.
  • Financial & Market Analysis - Analyze customer profitability, market trends, and industry risks to prepare business insights, develop solutions, and present growth opportunity recommendations to Senior Management.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of a 4 or 5-year course in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other supply chain-related fields.
  • Strong background and experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, sales and marketing, communication, self-motivation, and organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and adapt to uncertain or changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
