About the role
Kares International Commodities and Manpower Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-skilled Painter to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality painting and decorating services across our commercial and residential properties.
What you'll be doing- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using rollers, brushes, and spraying equipment
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, meeting health and safety requirements
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist with minor handyman tasks as required
- With solid background and experience as a professional painter, decorator, or handyman
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment (car, wood, furniture, fictures, etc.)
- With knowledge and background in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical setup
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and technical drawings
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
