Work Location:Ortigas, Pasig City

• Manage design collaboration and storyboard creations.
• Partner with clients and design team to create detail and effective, multimedia training aids.
• Establish project direction and concepts, develop character designs and storyboards, and coordinate art assets from the project team.
• Create high-quality, game-ready 3D models and textures, including environments, hard-surface assets, and organic elements.,
• Collaborate closely with other department to ensure artistic consistency and alignment with the project's vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in 3D modeling.
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, MEL) are a plus.
• Strong eye for detail, form, proportion, and visual storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in Maya or Blender.
• Proficient in ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• In-depth understanding of topology, UV layout, edge flow, PBR workflows, and optimization for real-time rendering.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a variety of 3D modeling skills, including both stylized and realistic styles.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with rigging, lighting, and texturing workflows.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams is an advantage.
