Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share in the aquaculture/fisheries sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the industry.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the aquaculture industry.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to analyze sales performance and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients and partners.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote products and network with industry professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the aquaculture or fisheries industry.
• Strong understanding of aquaculture practices, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Can able to speak and write mandarin language
