Role Overview:
You’ll build and maintain infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and tooling to support our React/Next.js storefront applications. Your work ensures fast, reliable deployments, strong monitoring, and scalable performance across Temple & Webster’s digital platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and hosting environments.
- Automate builds, tests, and releases for frontend applications.
- Embed DevOps best practices (containerisation, IaC, observability).
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to improve reliability and developer experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite) & package managers (npm/yarn/pnpm) - MUST-HAVE
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Docker & Kubernetes.
- IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Node.js for build/deployment tooling.
- Automated testing (unit, integration, e2e).
- Monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, New Relic).
- Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse).
- Git workflows (trunk-based, GitFlow).
- Security best practices (CSP, dependency scanning, patching).
