Procurement Specialist (URGENT)

Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiation, reviewing and evaluating the contract of supplier.

General Responsibilities:

• Developing plans for purchasing equipment requisitions, services, and supplies.
• Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
• Negotiates with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time.
• Preparing budgets, cost analysis, and reports.
• Analyse contracts and execute strategy and annual procurement plans that aligns with the business forecast.
• Maintain Data Base of accredited Vendors

• Graduate of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Construction Industry.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced and multi-tasking environment
