What is the job?

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing creative production by creating and adapting visual assets across email, social media, web, and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create email marketing assets, including banners, headers, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals.
• Prepare export-ready designs optimized for email platforms like Klaviyo.
• Support recurring campaigns through timely creative production and marketing asset development.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, visual hierarchy, and mobile-friendly standards.
• Develop reusable templates and maintain organized design files, versions, and asset libraries.
• Create digital assets for ads, social media, websites, and product promotions while managing revisions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in graphic design, including freelance, internship, agency, or in-house design experience.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail with experience ensuring design accuracy, file organization, and proper export formats.
