Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented MEPF Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) site activities. The successful candidate will ensure that project works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, project schedules, and quality standards while maintaining effective coordination with project stakeholders and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise all MEPF site works to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and other construction trades to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding site accomplishments, schedule changes, and potential delays.
  • Attend site coordination meetings with the General Contractor, project teams, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and resolve construction-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage subcontractor manpower allocation and productivity to ensure work activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Identify and resolve site-related concerns affecting project timelines, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure that all MEPF works comply with applicable safety regulations, project standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports as required.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover activities with the project team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or any related engineering field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in construction site supervision involving MEPF works is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, MEPF systems, and project coordination processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple site activities while working effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Willing to work on project sites as required.
