Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to optimize logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the movement, distribution, and storage of supplies and materials.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Oversee logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
• Organize warehouse inventory, label goods, and process shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and manage logistics personnel to ensure efficient and safe delivery of goods.
• Implement safety procedures and standards, ensuring staff adherence.
• Prepare and file logistics reports, tracking key performance metrics.
• Resolve any transportation or supply chain issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics supervision or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
