Position title: Hairdresser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Korean Hairdresser to join our salon in the Philippines, specializing in authentic Korean hairstyling techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Korean haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments, ensuring high-quality services for both Korean and local clients.

Specific Responsibilities: Provide professional Korean-style haircuts, perms (C-curl, S-curl, root perms), and coloring services.

Consult with clients to recommend hairstyles, treatments, and products based on hair type and preferences.

Stay updated with the latest K-beauty hair trends to maintain high-quality and in-demand services
Train and mentor local hairstylists in Korean hairdressing techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in compliance with salon hygiene standards.

Ensure excellent customer service, catering to both Korean expats and local clients seeking authentic Korean hair services.

Qualification: Diploma or certification in Hairdressing/Cosmetology from a recognized institution

Korean hairdressing license (if working in Korea) or equivalent international certification

Additional training or certification in Korean hair trends, perming, and coloring techniques is a plus

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

Diploma or certification in Hairdressing/Cosmetology from a recognized institution
Korean hairdressing license (if working in Korea) or equivalent international certification
Additional training or certification in Korean hair trends, perming, and coloring techniques is a plus
