• Assisting walk-in clients, promoting and explaining the products
• Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and research.
• Generating leads and reaching out to prospects, and clients.
• Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to management on a regular basis.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
