- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience within a BPO or shared services environment
- Strong background in employee relations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management
- Proven experience handling end-to-end labor relations, including DOLE cases, administrative hearings, employee discipline, workplace investigations, and case resolution
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end employee case management, including investigations, documentation, recommendations, and case closure
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, HR policies, performance management, and talent development
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives, business transformation programs, and HR projects
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, relationship-building, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, accountability, and attention to detail when handling confidential employee matters
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas or Makati as required
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership- Build strong stakeholder relationships through responsive and collaborative HR support
- Provide HR policy guidance, interpretation, and consultation to business leaders
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend people strategies and process improvements
- Advise management on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, and emerging HR needs
- Resolve employee concerns through fair, timely, and well-documented case management
- Promote positive employee relations, engagement, productivity, and retention initiatives
- Lead employee engagement, rewards, recognition, and culture-building programs
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, focus group discussions (FGDs), employee touchpoints, and exit interviews, then prepare reports with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate probationary and annual performance review processes
- Manage employee movements, including promotions, salary reviews, merit increases, and status changes
- Guide leaders and employees through coaching, counseling, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives
- Identify high-potential employees and recommend leadership development opportunities
- Partner with Learning and Development to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and the Code of Conduct
- Advise HR leaders and managers on disciplinary actions and employee relations matters
- Conduct disciplinary learning sessions and awareness programs
- Investigate, manage, and resolve employee disciplinary cases while minimizing legal and employee relations risks
- Support workplace health and safety programs with Facilities and Administration
- Monitor workplace safety standards, reporting, employee awareness, and compliance activities
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including DOLE, PEZA, and BOI requirements
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
- Comply with company policies and instructions from authorized representatives
