Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable)
Job Description:
- Handle the company’s accounts payable end-to-end process
- Prepare cash and check vouchers
- Update cash disbursement, cash receipt, and general journal records
- Consolidate reports for Trial Balance preparation
- Process liquidation, reimbursements, and other payables
- Prepare monthly and quarterly BIR schedules and related reports
- Update and maintain last pay monitoring records
- Coordinate tagging of last pay to ER Admin and HR 201 files
- Process last pay and supplier payments
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
- Perform scanning, filing, and proper document safekeeping
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Familiarity with BIR compliance and government reportorial requirements is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication and time management skills
