About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our customers.

This is a full-time role based in our offices in Angeles City, Pampanga.

What you'll be doing

Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers with product and service-related questions
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Providing a positive and empathetic customer experience at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the banking, financial services or telecommunications industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
