In Project Investment, we focus on identifying and developing high-potential commercial ventures such as shopping malls and supermarkets. In Property Management, we manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties for leasing and rental operations.We are also expanding our hospitality footprint through the development of premium resorts in key tourist destinations such as Batangas and other emerging locations across the Philippines.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO in both executive and operational functions.
Beyond administrative support, this role requires someone who is enterprising, commercially aware, and capable of understanding business priorities, operational needs, and growth opportunities across the company’s real estate, hospitality, and investment activities.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and organize the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and calendar
- Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
- Assist in business, operational, and administrative coordination
- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, staff, and external partners
- Monitor pending tasks, timelines, and project deadlines
- Arrange travel schedules, reservations, and logistics
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support day-to-day executive and business operations
- Help organize priorities and improve workflow efficiency
- Assist in monitoring business opportunities, operational improvements, and project coordination initiatives
- Act with initiative and ownership in supporting the CEO’s objectives and company growth
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Emotionally mature, professional, and dependable
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and initiative
- Business-minded, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Enterprising attitude with willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator is an advantage
- Background in hospitality, real estate, project coordination, business operations, or entrepreneurship is a plus
