Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth implementation of projects based on company and client guidelines
• Implement projects based on agreed and approved guidelines and within the budget given
• Coordinate with Operations/Area Managers and Account Managers on project requirements
• Ensure all instructions, responsibility and operational details are understood by the team or implementing personnel

• Interview, hires and trains potential subordinate and terminates if necessary accordingly to the law
• Facilitate manpower and QA training
• Encode manpower time sheet and van hires
• Submit Manning Report to the Operations Manager on a monthly basis
• Ensure safekeeping of company and client’s equipment
• Ensure projects materials are complete
• Request for project budget and submits liquidations

• Supervise Project Coordinators in everyday operations and concerns
• Attend activation to manage issues, concerns and possible solutions
• Submit reports and answer queries/concerns of Operations Manager and Account Manager
• Ensure documentation of the project via submission of reports and pictures

• Client servicing in absence of Operations Manager and Account Manager during trade visits
• Attend and participates in client meetings

• Experience in below-the-line activities such brand activations, manpower deployment, and sampling
