• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of spare parts inventory
• Ensure quality standard of each spare parts

• Coordinating with suppliers
• Managing budgets for spare parts procurement
• Negotiating sales agreement with supplier
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate potential risks related to spare parts availability

• At least residence in Hong Kong
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience of managing spare parts
• Experience working in a global environment, including knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers, and communicate effectively across different cultures
• Familiarity with international logistics and supply chain management
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
