Associate, Merchant Business for Small Enterprises (Nueva Ecija)

• Responsible for the affiliation/disaffiliation of New-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion in area of responsibility.
• Responsible in servicing the needs and concerns of assigned merchants.
• Provides assistance to the division, company promotions and projects.
• Searches and evaluates prospective merchants for affiliation within the area of responsibility by building their own portfolio.
• Conducts regular visitation to assigned merchants, ensuring all immediate needs and concerns of the merchants are addressed properly and promptly.
• Reviews actual billings against targets and prepares weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head.
• Recommends and undertakes disaffiliation of merchants (e.g. non billers, those who fail to meet billings requirements, fraud merchants, those who surcharges or as recommended by CCAP).

• Graduate of any 4-year business course preferably Marketing
• Preferably with experience in the field of marketing and sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organized, amiable strong PR, flexible, articulate, able to handle pressure
• Willing to be assigned outside of NCR
