KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with loan applications and required documents
- Organize and maintain loan files
- Communicate with clients regarding loan updates
- Enter and update information in the system
- Coordinate with brokers and team members
- Ensure documents follow company guidelines
- Experience in admin or customer service is preferred
- Mortgage industry background is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
