About the Role

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are ready to take the next step in their careers by transitioning into a General Administrative Support role. If you're eager to leverage your client service skills in a more flexible and varied environment, this opportunity offers a perfect blend of administrative responsibilities and the chance to grow in a new direction.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service, sales and e-commerce, banking, finance and commerce, accounting, marketing, or human resources. Experience in administrative roles is also preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google and/or Microsoft Office applications, database management tools, and other computer skills
  • Experience with invoicing, complex administrative tasks, and client relations is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent email and calendar management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Amenable to working onsite (IT Park, Cebu)
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Entering and documenting data, and assisting with forms.
  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Updating and maintaining client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Coordinating with customers and clients, including prospects and existing clients
  • Handling client social media administration as needed
  • Documenting and improving processes as required
  • Conducting research, reporting, and managing vendors as necessary
