About the Role
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are ready to take the next step in their careers by transitioning into a General Administrative Support role. If you're eager to leverage your client service skills in a more flexible and varied environment, this opportunity offers a perfect blend of administrative responsibilities and the chance to grow in a new direction.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service, sales and e-commerce, banking, finance and commerce, accounting, marketing, or human resources. Experience in administrative roles is also preferred
- Proficiency in using Google and/or Microsoft Office applications, database management tools, and other computer skills
- Experience with invoicing, complex administrative tasks, and client relations is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent email and calendar management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Amenable to working onsite (IT Park, Cebu)
- Entering and documenting data, and assisting with forms.
- Managing emails and calendars
- Updating and maintaining client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Coordinating with customers and clients, including prospects and existing clients
- Handling client social media administration as needed
- Documenting and improving processes as required
- Conducting research, reporting, and managing vendors as necessary
