Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

1. Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our range of cosmetic products
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base
3. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers through excellent account management
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials
5. Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and continuously improve our sales performance
6. Representing the company at industry events and tradeshows
7. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the cosmetic or FMCG industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
5. Creativity and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies
6. Familiarity with the competitive landscape and current trends in the cosmetic industry
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
