About the Role

We are looking for a Mainframe Integration Lead (IBM MQ / zOS) to lead enterprise application integration across mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-availability environments and enjoys leading technical teams while ensuring seamless system-to-system communication across complex infrastructure.

You will play a key role in managing IBM MQ-based integrations running on mainframe systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and stability of enterprise transaction flows.

What you bring in...
5+ years of experience in IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ) and IBM z/OS mainframe environments
Strong background in application integration, messaging middleware, and enterprise system connectivity
Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving production support or project delivery
Strong troubleshooting skills in high-availability, mission-critical systems
Solid understanding of application architecture, system flows, and integration design
