What We Look For
Must Have- Availability to work nightshift hours (flexible)
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on RACF administration experience in a z/OS environment
- Solid working knowledge of RACF resource classes, including DATASET and FACILITY
- Experience with TSO/ISPF and basic JCL
- Demonstrated experience with access provisioning and governance processes
- Hands-on MFA experience, specifically RACF and Active Directory integration
- Experience using Vanguard or similar RACF security tooling
- Exposure to certificate management and key ring administration
- Familiarity with access lifecycle management workflows in regulated or enterprise environments
- Track record of supporting compliance reviews and producing audit-ready documentation
- Basic TLS knowledge and certificate lifecycle familiarity beyond key ring operations
- Exposure to CICS or DB2 security administration
- IBM mainframe security certification or equivalent formal training
