- What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related concerns
- Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency
- Develop, test, and maintain scripts or applications to automate tasks
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
- Assist in upgrading systems and adopting new technologies
- Open to Full-Time & Part-Time applicants
- Preferably with 6+ months experience, but fresh grads are welcome
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge in coding (Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with AI-powered tools is a strong advantage
- Must have a strong drive to learn and grow in IT support, coding, and AI integration
